Breakfast Menu

A choice of any four ingredients:

Swiss, Cheddar, Jack or Goat Cheese, Ortega Peppers, Bell Peppers, Tomatoes,  Sautéed Mushrooms, Grilled Onions,  Spinach, Ham, Sausage,  Potatoes,, Avocado, or Chorizo. Served with house potatoes.   

Flour tortilla filled with scrambled eggs, black beans, cheddar cheese, avocado, tomatoes, sour cream and salsa. Served with fruit.

Served with butter and warm syrup. Add fruit and whipped cream         

Two eggs with house potatoes and toast with your choice of ham, bacon, or sausage.    

Two eggs scrambled with chorizo and cheddar cheese, served with house potatoes and toast.

Two pancakes served with butter and maple syrup.

Add Blueberries

Two oversized half slices of egg bread dipped in milk, eggs and cinnamon.  Served with butter and maple syrup

Scrambled eggs with diced ham, onions, and peppers served on an English muffin, topped with melted cheddar cheese. Served with fruit.    

Two poached eggs on an open face English muffin with bacon, tomato and avocado, topped with hollandaise sauce. Served with fruit.
